Sludge drying system
Developed by our company, the use of "non-thermal drying of sludge high pressure wall breaking dewatering equipment + air energy saving low temperature drying equipment", the water content of sludge formed particles is less than 20% by pressing and filtering wall breaking dehydration low temperature drying equipment; The low calorific value of the sludge with water content less than 20% is more than 2200-3500Kcal/kg (determined by the level of sludge organic matter), so the sludge particles with water content less than 20% can enter the biomass boiler for combustion, and the sludge particles with water content less than 20% can also be mixed into the circulating fluidized bed boiler for combustion.
System advantage
Safety and environmental protection safer: ultra-low temperature design (35-85℃) no dust explosion hazards, safe system operation.
Closed system design, no odor exhaust, can be directly installed in the field, discharge temperature is less than 45℃, no secondary cooling, can be directly stored.
Advanced technology more scientific: modular design, intelligent control, automatic operation temperature control, efficient maintenance, PLC display fault.
Reduce operating costs: low operating costs, long service life, no increase in supporting costs, automation system does not increase labor costs.
